Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! We know life is busy, and sometimes traveling isn’t an option. That’s why we offer secure virtual consultations so you can get guidance, lab reviews, and treatment planning from the comfort of your home. Many of our NY patients combine in-person visits for treatments with virtual check-ins for convenience.
Evoque Wellness is an out-of-pocket practice. This allows us to spend the time and care you deserve without being limited by insurance restrictions. The good news? Most bloodwork can still be run through LabCorp or Quest and may be covered by your insurance. For everything else, we provide transparent pricing so there are no surprises. We provide a super bill upon request which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for services?
Yes—many of our patients use their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for services through Stripe. It’s a great way to invest in your health using pre-tax dollars. Check with your plan for eligibility.

What should I expect during my first consultation?
Expect to feel heard. Your first visit is 90 minutes, where we take a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, diet, stress levels, and symptoms. We’ll review any past labs, recommend new testing if needed, and outline a personalized plan. Most patients leave their first session saying, “This is the first time I’ve really felt understood.”
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes. As a licensed PA with over 20 years of clinical experience, I can prescribe when it’s needed—especially bioidentical hormone therapy or thyroid medication. But my approach is to always combine prescriptions with natural, evidence-based therapies like supplements, peptides, detox, and nutrition so your body can heal and thrive long term.

Do you offer memberships or packages?

That’s why Evoque Wellness offers customized packages and memberships for services like hormone health, detox programs, IV therapy, and functional medicine care. These include regular follow-ups, messaging access, and sometimes IV or Neural Therapy sessions—designed to save you money while giving you consistent care and accountability.
