Major Autohemotherapy (MAH) Ozone

Service Introduction

Major Autohemotherapy, or MAH, is one of the most powerful systemic ozone therapies available in integrative medicine. A small volume of your blood is drawn, mixed with medical-grade ozone gas in a precise ratio, and reinfused intravenously — triggering a cascade of therapeutic effects throughout the entire body.

Unlike drugs that suppress symptoms, ozone works with your biology. It activates your immune response, improves how your cells use oxygen, disrupts microbial organisms that evade conventional treatment, and stimulates the body's own antioxidant defense systems.

At Evoqué Wellness, MAH is administered by medically trained staff using FDA-compliant ozone generators, pharmaceutical-grade materials, and individualized protocols based on your current health status and functional labs.

What MAH Ozone Treats

• Chronic fatigue and post-viral syndromes including long COVID

• Lyme disease and co-infections

• Mold illness and mycotoxin burden

• Recurrent infections and immune dysregulation

• Autoimmune conditions

• Cardiovascular and circulatory support

• Inflammatory conditions and oxidative stress

• Oncology adjunct care (alongside conventional treatment)

"Ozone doesn't fight your body's battles for it — it gives your immune system the signal it's been waiting for."

How MAH Works

Step 1

Blood Draw — A measured volume of blood is drawn through an IV line into a sterile, sealed infusion bag.

Step 2

Ozonation — Medical-grade ozone is introduced into the bag at a precise concentration, mixed gently with the blood to allow ozone-blood interaction.

Step 3

Reinfusion — The ozonated blood is reinfused slowly back into your vein over 30–45 minutes. You relax comfortably throughout.

Step 4

Systemic Response — Within hours, the reinfused blood initiates immune activation, improved red blood cell flexibility, mitochondrial upregulation, and microbial disruption.

Step 5

Protocol Progression — MAH works cumulatively. Most protocols involve a series of sessions — frequency and total number are determined by your clinical response and goals.
